Our products integrate with third-party platforms such as Amazon Connect, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive and HubSpot. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms; ProUCX is not responsible for them. Where you install one of our apps from a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's terms also apply to the installation.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ProUCX excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
