What currency are prices in?

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any local taxes such as GST or VAT, which are applied where applicable.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Guided onboarding is included on Team and Enterprise. Complex multi-org or custom-entity rollouts may include a one-time setup — we'll confirm during scoping.

Can I bundle the connector and LiveUCX?

Yes. Customers running both Amazon Connect and Dynamics 365 often pair the connector with a LiveUCX wallboard — ask us for a combined quote.
