Connect Phone

Help with the Amazon Connect softphone for iPhone

Connect Phone is a companion app for organisations already running Amazon Connect. It is set up by your administrator.

How do I sign in?

Your administrator creates the workspace in the ProUCX portal and shares a one-time workspace code. Install Connect Phone from the App Store, enter the code once, then sign in with your existing Amazon Connect login or your organisation's SAML single sign-on.

I don't have a workspace code

Codes are issued by your own administrator from the ProUCX portal. If you are the administrator and need help, email service@proucx.com.au.

Calls aren't ringing on my phone

Check that notifications are enabled for Connect Phone in iOS Settings, that the device has data or Wi-Fi, and that your agent status is Available. If it still doesn't ring, contact us with your workspace name and the approximate time of the call.

Audio problems on a call

Connect Phone carries call audio over your data connection. Check signal strength, and confirm the microphone permission is granted to the app in iOS Settings. Use the in-app Audio control to switch between speaker, earpiece and Bluetooth.

Requirements

An iPhone, a data or Wi-Fi connection, an existing Amazon Connect instance and an Amazon Connect agent login. Your administrator must have an active ProUCX workspace and an assigned seat for you.

Billing & seats

Connect Phone is free to download; licensing is per agent through the ProUCX portal (not through Apple). Administrators manage seats and billing at connect.liveucx.com. See Connect Phone pricing.

Privacy & data

Call activity stays in your own Amazon Connect instance. ProUCX stores only the configuration needed to run your workspace, hosted on AWS with data-residency options in Australia, Singapore, the USA and Europe. See our privacy policy and security overview.
